Get ready to pack your bag and spend a night at the Adler! Through hands-on activities, discover what it would take to sleep over in space. As you move from station to station, learn about basic human needs for space travel - air, food, and water. Gather 'round the "campfire" to hear amazing stories about the stars we might visit someday.

Recycling Water on Your Adventure
In order for astronauts to live in space, they must have a reliable water supply. How can they clean their water? Find out how in this interactive demonstration, and learn how you can make a water filter at home.
 
Growing Food in Space
 
For future astronauts, farming will be a matter of survival. Not only will plants provide food they also work to make air breathable. Discover how plants and people, two very different astronauts, will eventually live together in a balanced and sustainable habitat.
 
Stories in the Stars
 
Look up! People all over the world see different constellations in the night sky. Discover more about other cultures constellations and myths through song, dance and story. Join us around the campfire to witness stories in the stars!
